A lot of planning goes into every photo we include in Love of Knitting and Love of Crochet magazines. Our Art Director Kathy is always hunting for great photo-shoot locations that will provide a beautiful setting to intrigue and excite our readers.
In today’s blog post, we’ll take you behind the scenes to get a sneak peek of all the different places we visited on a recent photo shoot!
The first location was The Altar Bridal Consignment in Denver. They sell pre-loved wedding gowns and are the largest bridal consignment in Colorado. We were impressed by the sassy, modern interior decoration. The staff there was incredibly helpful and friendly too!
Next up, we visited Stonebrook Manor in Thornton. This wedding and event center included romantic gardens, spectacular ballrooms, and an elegant grand foyer. Coincidentally, one of the models we worked with that day will be getting married there in the fall! It’s clearly a popular place for special occasions. Here are a couple photos of this incredible spot.
The last location we visited for our photo shoot was the Parker Arts, Culture, and Events Center that’s right on Mainstreet in downtown Parker. With contemporary architecture, sculptures, and art galleries, this building was full of fantastic nooks and crannies that were perfect for photos.
We’re grateful to all these amazing venues for allowing us to set up shop for our photo shoot!
